The Role

In this role, you’ll be expected to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract valuable insights, optimize customer engagement, and drive business impact.

Your work will span a variety of impactful areas, including:

  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Building predictive models and machine learning algorithms that support smarter, data-driven decision-making.
  • Exploring and applying Generative AI techniques to enhance personalization, automation, and customer engagement.
  • Creating intuitive and compelling data visualizations that help stakeholders understand and act on insights.
  • Translating complex findings into actionable recommendations, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this role, you’re not just analytical, you’re curious, collaborative, and driven by impact. You enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting with new technologies, and translating data into meaningful action. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, and you know how to balance technical depth with business relevance.

You’ll Fit Right In If You

  • Have 3+ years of experience in data science, or a related field.
  • Have a solid grasp of statistical modeling, optimization, and experiment design to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Are highly proficient in Python (or R), and skilled in SQL.
  • Have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Are excited by the possibilities of Generative AI, and eager to explore its applications in customer experience and personalization.
  • Are familiar with modern data tooling and platforms (e.g., Databricks), and have experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
