Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 6 Months + Possible to extension

Mode: Hybrid

Languages: French OR Dutch

Job Description:

  • You perform technical analyses based on the functional needs of the health insurance fund,
  • You are able to model a complex application by drawing up standard diagrams that allow a good organization and a transversal technical understanding of the project for - Your colleagues,
  • You support the development of applications by ensuring compliance with best practices,
  • You estimate the workload required for development to production,
  • You define the test tools and best practices: unit, functional and performance tests,
  • You write the technical documentation in a pragmatic and realistic way,
  • You work closely with analysts to define scenarios, expected results and test data,
  • You are able to estimate the workload of the different tasks,
  • You perform manual and / or automated tests,
  • You participate in the test sessions that take place within the CIN,
  • Experience in the world of mutuality’s (DBSAM, MyCarenet, Nippin, IM, ...) is required.


You master:

  • Code organization: Design patterns, MVC, Architecture Hexagonale, Port/Adapter pattern...
  • Auditing and Continuous Integration tools: Maven, Jenkins, Artefactory
  • IDE Standard: Eclipse
  • Debugging and profiling tools & techniques (eg SonarQube, jacoco).
  • GIT (GIT Lab & GIT Hub)
  • Databases: Oracle
  • OS: Linux, shell scripting,
  • Platform: OpenShift or Docker/Kubernetes
  • Middleware: JBoss
  • Java 8, JPA (Hibernate), CDI, REST, JMS


Required experience:

  • Must have 10 Years of experience in Java SE (Java 6 and +)
  • Must have 10 years of experience in Java EE (6 and +)
  • Must Have 5 Years of experience JBoss (6 and +)
  • Must Have 1 years of experience in Quarkus and must have 3 years of experience in OpenShift (3 and 4)
  • Must Have 5 years of experience in SQL & PL/SQL
  • Must have 10 years of experience in Junit (4 & 5) & XML/XSD & Git
  • Must have 3 Years of experience in Jakarta
  • Must have 10 years of experience in Maven
  • Must have 3 Years of experience in Cucumber
  • Must have 10 Years of experience in Bash/linux
  • Must have 5 Years of experience in Docker
  • Must have 3 Years of experience in JWT
