We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our Scrum team.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure as code while automating DevOps processes to enhance cloud capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and DevOps methodologies. You will collaborate closely with team members in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and efficient cloud operations. Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure pipelines
• Automate DevOps workflows with YAML scripts, Azure CLI, and Azure PowerShell
• Manage version control processes using Git, including release flows and branching strategies
• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps services such as pipelines, repositories, permissions, and variable groups
• Collaborate actively within a scrum team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a problem-solving approach
• Communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in an agile environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and workflows
• Ensure security and compliance in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
• Strong background in infrastructure as code with Terraform and pipeline deployments
• Expertise in DevOps automation using YAML scripts, Azure CLI, and Azure PowerShell
• Proficiency in Git for managing code repositories and release processes
• Experience with Azure DevOps services, including pipelines, repositories, access control, and security management
• Ability to work effectively in a scrum team and agile environment
• Analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks platform components including Spark clusters and Unity Catalog
• Experience with Azure resources such as Data Factory, Machine Learning, Key Vault, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Kubernetes, Event Hubs, and Function Apps
• Knowledge of storage solutions like PostgreSQL, SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob, and ADLS storage
• Understanding of Azure role-based access control including custom and predefined roles
• Experience with Azure networking concepts such as virtual networks, subnets, private endpoints, and network security groups
