Job Opportunity: DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced engineer with strong leadership skills to design and implement observability solutions across enterprise storage platforms. In this role, you’ll work with Python, Ansible, Jenkins, Kafka, and OpenTelemetry to build scalable automation and monitoring frameworks, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance across global infrastructures.

🌍Location: Cracow, hybrid (6x per month in office)

👨 💻Responsibilities:

• Design and implement observability solutions based on OpenTelemetry

• Automate CI/CD pipelines and integrate monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kafka, Splunk)

• Lead and support global stakeholders in storage infrastructure projects

• Ensure service quality, performance optimization, and compliance standards

🛠️Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT/DevOps roles

• Strong coding and automation skills (Python, Ansible, Jenkins, PostgreSQL)

• Hands-on experience with observability tools and frameworks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
