Join Mindsite as a Product Manager,
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us, as part of our growing product management team, to lead product usage insights, roadmap planning, and cross-team collaboration that drives the future of e-commerce analytics.
What We’re Looking For
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (SaaS or data/analytics products a plus),
- Have experience in product management tools like Jira,
- Are competent in statistics, and can design experiments and correctly interpret results,
- Have strong analytical skills to conduct product usage analysis and transform findings into actionable roadmap items,
- Are able to conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage blockers across design, engineering, and operations,
- Communicate effectively with other teams to capture business needs and align priorities,
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple initiatives,
- Have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration,
- Have strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Steer a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and designers to launch impactful improvements for Mindsite’s internal and external tools,
- Continuously analyze product usage data and user feedback from account management to identify missing features and important pain points,
- Research competitors and evaluate user needs, competitive threats, trends, and opportunities,
- Own the roadmap and business planning process, aligning feature priorities with company objectives,
- Drive UAT processes and coordinate with design/engineering to resolve blockers,
- Ensure ongoing project progress by monitoring tasks and deadlines,
- Report status, insights, and results to stakeholders, turning data into clear product decisions.
