About the Role

We are hiring AI Engineers to join projects focused on LLMs, GenAI applications, and AI-powered platforms. You’ll work in fast-paced, R&D-style environments alongside cross-functional teams and will play a central role in designing, deploying, and fine-tuning advanced AI models and pipelines.

Role Overview

Location: Remote (Turkey-based, aligned with US/UK hours)

Daily Rate: Competitive based on experience

Contract Type: Freelance (long-term projects, initial 6-12 month term)

✅ Key Requirements

We’re looking for engineers with at least 2+ years in AI and 3+ years of general software development experience (minimum 5+ years overall). Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

⚙️ Core AI & Engineering Skills:

• Python (must-have)
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Generative AI models and applications

🧩 Frameworks & Tooling:

• OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face
• LLM pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering
• FAISS, Pinecone, or other vector stores
• Reinforcement Learning with human feedback (RLHF)

🗣️ NLP Experience:

• Transformers like BERT, T5, or other LLMs
• Experience building chatbots, RAG pipelines, or Q&A systems

☁️ Cloud & DevOps:

• AI services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and scalable model deployment
