Job Description:
The Global Organisational Development Partner plays a key role in supporting and coordinating a range of talent and organisational development initiatives that drive employee growth, organisational effectiveness, and strategic capability building. This role works cross-functionally with local HR managers, business leaders, and system stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent programs and continuous improvement of processes.
This role plays an important role and blends day-to-day HR generalist responsibilities with involvement in functional and cross-functional projects, providing operational support to the Regional HR Head and supporting local HR leaders regarding the execution of key HR processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
This role offers a unique blend of HR generalist responsibilities, project coordination, and organisational development work, making it ideal for an HR professional with a broad skill set and a passion for driving positive change across teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Talent Management and Regional HR Management Activities:
- Support the design, implementation, and communication of talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, talent acquisition, employer branding and employee engagement actions.
- Coordinate components of global talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of engagement surveys (e.g., GPTW, Omnipreneurship) and support follow-up activities at both regional and local levels.
- Creation of HR Metrics reporting and dashboards via ensuring the data completeness and creation of new data if necessary.
- Develop and deliver tools, resources, and training materials that enable effective talent management practices among managers and teams.
- Work closely with the Regional HR Head to support the development and execution of the regional HR strategy.
- Support the annual HR cycle processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation reviews, and succession planning.
- Support the Regional HR Head, local HR and business leaders to assess organisational changes, support role design and job evaluation processes, and ensure alignment with organisational structures and grading frameworks.
- Support the Regional HR Head, local HR Managers regarding workforce planning exercises to ensure optimal structures and capability alignment.
- Analyse HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, standardisation of best practices, and harmonisation of HR processes across the region and globally.
- Support the preparation of regional and global HR reports, presentations, and updates for senior stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
- Assist local HR Managers in executing group-level or regional HR projects, providing guidance, resources, and coordination as needed.
- Planning, tracking, and communication of multiple concurrent HR projects across global teams. Coordinate timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables for both ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor project status, identify risks or delays, and support issue resolution in collaboration with project leads.
- Maintain documentation and project dashboards to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support the roll-out and change management efforts related to new HR systems, policies, or organisational changes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting HR operational excellence.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management & Talent Acquisition in an international or global organisation.
- Experience with HR systems (Success Factors or similar). The ability to work with and troubleshoot in a complex HR system is important. Prior Success Factors experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability, high adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues across departments.
- High attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in English.
