Responsibilities
- Transform 2D concepts into high-quality 3D game assets (characters, environments, and props)
- Create both high-poly and low-poly models optimized for mobile platforms
- Design and texture organic and inorganic objects using modern workflows
- Work on lighting, shading, and rendering to deliver polished visuals
- Import and set up assets properly in Unity or other game engines
- Iterate and improve assets based on feedback, testing, and production needs
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure consistent visual quality and style
- Degree in Animation, Arts, or related fields—or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering skills
- Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or similar 3D software
- Experience with Photoshop (ZBrush and Substance Painter knowledge is a plus)
- Solid understanding of form, anatomy, color, light, and composition
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and maintain consistency
- Team player with good communication skills and passion for mobile games
