The impact you’ll make
At Paribu, every team member contributes to building a secure and seamless user experience. As a Customer Experience Associate Specialist (KYC), you will play a key role in ensuring that our user verification processes are both compliant and user-friendly. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting users through video calls as part of the identity verification (KYC) process
- Ensuring that all verification procedures are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Delivering clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication to maximize user satisfaction
- Identifying process inefficiencies and escalating them to the relevant internal teams
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of Paribu’s customer operations
Key competencies
We value a commitment to service quality as much as technical experience. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- An associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must
- Preferably experienced in the call center, finance, or technology sectors
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking manner in Turkish
- Excellent command of the Turkish language, with a strong focus on diction and clarity
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- A responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Additional notes
Preferably, you are comfortable with the following conditions:
- Willingness and ability to work in a shift-based model, including a 6-day work week
- Availability to work from an on-site office environment
- Ability to start shortly after the hiring process is completed
