Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated KYB Operations member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for KYB/KYC and day-to-day business operational processes to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of our custody services. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing their inquiries, requests, onboarding, and periodic review processes by collaborating with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate with clients and address their inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Offer support and guidance to clients on the use of company products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support strategic system delivery, client service, and the development of future models to accommodate new and evolving activities.
• Conduct thorough and timely due diligence reviews of clients, ensuring compliance with local jurisdictional requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in compliance applications and screening tools, identifying and escalating suspicious or fraudulent documentation to the compliance team for further review.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up on outstanding issues, and provide feedback on system malfunctions, gaps, and necessary upgrades.
• Identify and optimize areas for operational improvement, implementing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and ensure quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, compliance, and legal teams to prepare and deliver responses to institutional clients, external auditors, regulators, and enforcement agencies, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Adapt quickly to changing regulatory landscapes and operational challenges, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in KYB/KYC processes within traditional finance (TradFi) or the Cryptocurrency industry, experience in Business Operations or Project Management is a plus.
• Familiar with the day-to-day operations of a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and possess client-facing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate onboarding processes, including compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills, complemented by strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Highly adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Naturally curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, practical, and a proactive problem solver.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Proficiency in Turkish is a significant advantage.
