Are you a seasoned network engineer with a passion for solving complex challenges and building trusted customer relationships? We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer who thrives in high-impact environments and brings both technical depth and customer empathy to the table.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leading face-to-face escalations and post-incident reviews with technical management.
• Own resolution across technologies, focusing on network-level and application-level support.
• Deliver outcome-based reports, QBRs, and business impact analysis for reactive support.
• Collaborate with proactive support teams and contribute to implementation and optimization efforts.
• Present confidently to both engineers and executives, adapting communication style as needed.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience, including presentations and strategic discussions.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Deep expertise in Routing & Switching, ACI, Data Center, and Cisco Nexus technologies.
• CCIE SP or R&S certification is a must (or CCNP with exceptional experience).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of support service deliverables.
• Proven leadership in coordinating technical teams during critical incidents.
• Commercial awareness of how network outages impact business operations.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements.
