As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital presence and enhance client experiences across our platforms. This is a key role where you will take ownership of designing and optimising user journeys, ensuring our property platforms are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business objectives, while driving innovation across the business.

Position Overview

The UI/UX Designer / Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, improving, and maintaining engaging digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will ensure that our platforms are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with both business objectives and client needs. The role is central to enhancing how clients search for, explore, and interact with property listings, ensuring a seamless and memorable digital journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, and interviews to inform design decisions.
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously optimise user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Ensure all digital interfaces comply with accessibility standards and best practice in usability.
• Optimise designs for responsiveness, speed, and cross-device compatibility.
• Produce detailed specifications for developers and collaborate during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ design strategies to propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve overall product design.
• Review and refine existing digital assets to maintain high-quality standards and user satisfaction.
• Support marketing and content teams with design needs for digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotional material.
• Mentor or guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design standards.

Requirements:

• Must have strong experience with PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), ReactJS, React Native, Next.js, and modern front-end libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within real estate, digital, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused, high-quality design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of additional front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
