Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer (Sales Manager) located in Sharjah. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure product offerings align with customer needs.


In short, the “ideal” candidate is an Engineer / Sales Executive with technical prefab knowledge, sales leadership experience, and the ability to drive growth through strategy and relationship


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, including client relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong technical understanding of container construction solutions and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Skills in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site across all over the UAE.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the modular / prefab industry is a plus.
  • UAE Driving license is mandatory
