Key Responsibilities:

· Product Coordination & Execution

o Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and phase-outs.

o Assist in preparing go-to-market materials, pricing sheets, and product documentation.

o Track product performance metrics and generate periodic reports.


· Vendor Liaison & Support

o Coordinate with vendors on inventory updates, promotional calendars, and compliance reporting.

o Assist in organizing vendor meetings, product demos, and training sessions.

o Maintain documentation for vendor programs and ensure timely submissions.


· Channel Enablement & Partner Support

o Facilitate onboarding and training for resellers, integrators, and channel partners.

o Support execution of channel programs, incentive campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

o Assist in preparing materials for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings.


· Sales & Operations Support

o Collaborate with sales teams to provide product specs, datasheets, and solution bundles.

o Maintain accurate CRM entries and assist in forecasting and stock planning.

o Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order processing and pricing validation.


· Technical Familiarity & Market Awareness

o Stay informed on AV/VC technologies including UC devices, display formats, and integration trends.

o Monitor competitor offerings and assist in benchmarking exercises.

o Provide basic technical support and documentation for internal teams.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, channel support, or vendor operations.
  • Exposure to AV/IT products or distribution environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and presentation software.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with MENA channel dynamics and vendor ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting brands like Samsung, Logitech, or similar products.
  • Multilingual fluency and strong interpersonal communication.
