We are seeking a Product Support – Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is key to driving our product strategy, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our product portfolio meets both market demand and company vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team that includes a Visualizer, CAD Drafters ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Define and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux’s growth roadmap.
• Manage and monitor the progress of product creation in our PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with designers, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Communicate directly with OEMs to maintain strong partnerships, ensure quality, and support product development.
• Report directly to the Directors with regular updates and progress reports on team performance, product status, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
• 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
• A passion for technical products and solutions – someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
• Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM. 
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule in UAE Standard time

Monday to Friday 9:00am--6:00pm

Saturday 9:30am- 12:30pm

Sunday Off
