We’re looking for a Head of Digital Product to shape and drive our digital transformation across the CIS region, Turkey, Algeria, Tunisia, and broader MENAPakT markets.
💡 In this role, you will:
- Lead the digital product vision and strategy, building roadmaps across eCommerce, Delivery, Loyalty, and CRM.
- Drive restaurant technology innovation: POS, kiosks, drive-through, kitchen displays, and more.
- Partner with CDIO, Regional Product Managers, and franchisee tech teams to launch and scale digital initiatives.
- Track performance, optimize customer journeys, and deliver commercial impact through tech.
- Build frictionless experiences that delight customers and improve restaurant operations.

- USD $2Bn annual sales
- Major impact on customer experience and digital growth
We’re looking for:
A proven digital leader with experience in consumer-facing tech, product management, and large-scale launches across multiple markets. Strong in strategy, agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with expertise in eCommerce, apps, CRM, loyalty, payments, and restaurant technologies.
