Junior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Officer to support a leading player in the energy sector with sustainable and reliable infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure agile project execution, helping to build an impactful, environmentally friendly energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, monitor progress, track sprint tasks, and manage project and sprint-level risks.
Administrative and Agile Support: Organize and document agile meetings, track project decisions, and maintain accessible project records.
Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver project updates and agile progress reports for stakeholders.
Quality Control: Oversee validation and archiving of project deliverables and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation on shared platforms.
Agile Coaching & Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies, guide teams in agile principles, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with understanding of the other language.
Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
Proven experience in Agile Project Management, with skills in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Agile certification (Scrum Master, Agile PM) is a plus.
