Key Responsibilities Include:


  1. Recruitment & Onboarding – Supporting Recruitment and Onboarding related activities.
  2. Performance Management – Handling end to end Performance Management process, tracking KPIs and Scorecard measures, and implementing performance improvement plans, system administration in Oracle Fusion
  3. Compensation & Benefits – Assisting in payroll coordination, managing leave and absences, and supporting employee benefits programs, Job evaluations, descriptions, and specifications, promotion and increment evaluations, organization charts, pay reviews, and market benchmarking
  4. Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company HR policies. Advise on HR policy related matters and labour law compliance
  5. HR Strategy Support – Supporting HR Management in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  6. Management Reporting – Handling HR Business Review Reporting, Monthly Dashboards, Data consolidation, and analytics


System Knowledge: Working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM, Microsoft Power BI, MS Office Tools (Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred and an added advantage.


Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as a HR Generalist handling relevant functions in a mid to large size FM, Construction, Real Estate organization.


Education: MBA / Masters’ in Human Resource Management, any allied certification in HR (CIPD, CHRP, SHRM)
