Key Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Supporting Recruitment and Onboarding related activities.
- Performance Management – Handling end to end Performance Management process, tracking KPIs and Scorecard measures, and implementing performance improvement plans, system administration in Oracle Fusion
- Compensation & Benefits – Assisting in payroll coordination, managing leave and absences, and supporting employee benefits programs, Job evaluations, descriptions, and specifications, promotion and increment evaluations, organization charts, pay reviews, and market benchmarking
- Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company HR policies. Advise on HR policy related matters and labour law compliance
- HR Strategy Support – Supporting HR Management in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Management Reporting – Handling HR Business Review Reporting, Monthly Dashboards, Data consolidation, and analytics
System Knowledge: Working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM, Microsoft Power BI, MS Office Tools (Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred and an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as a HR Generalist handling relevant functions in a mid to large size FM, Construction, Real Estate organization.
Education: MBA / Masters’ in Human Resource Management, any allied certification in HR (CIPD, CHRP, SHRM)
