Head of Facilites Operation
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the operations of the recreational facility, planning, coordinating and organizing the work, and conducting inspection tours to ensure that all employees perform their work efficiently and effectively in accordance with the best standards and specifications required.
- Preparing policies, systems and procedures for organizing operations and suggestions for improving them, finding solutions to business challenges, in addition to designing and reviewing performance indicators for all operational processes for all facilities and sites affiliated to it.
- Prepare and maintain the plans and operating programs of the facility, determine the estimated budgets necessary for periodic and remedial maintenance works, and follow up periodic reports with supervising engineers and maintenance technicians.
- Review the terms of the contract, select the companies, follow up the contracting processes with them, disburse their dues, ensure their compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts and agreements, and take all necessary measures to correct any violating situations.
- The Entertainment Events Department of the Facility in coordination with the Promotion and Cooperation Office in meeting the requirements of the events with the implementing companies and submitting reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the department manager and the promotion office.
- Supervise the management of procurement operations for materials and supplies and all necessary operational needs and provide them on a permanent basis, in addition to supervising their storage in proper and correct ways.
- Supervise the management of security and guarding operations and work to provide all security and safety requirements to maintain the safety of visitors and ensure that the security guards perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise the internal and external cleaning operations of the frame in coordination with the General Maintenance Department.
- Supervise the facility's human resources requirements, including: reporting on the facility's human resources requirements, interviewing and selecting candidates, and supervising the training of new employees. In addition to following up and evaluating the performance of employees, preparing and implementing improvement plans for the low performance of employees, and ensuring that they carry out the tasks assigned to them effectively.
- Supervise the movement operations and operation of the vehicles available at the sites and all work related to their maintenance, licensing and securing in coordination with the Transport Department, in addition to organizing the work of the drivers and their rotation.
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress of the workflow, indicating the achievements compared to the performance indicators, the problems and difficulties encountered, how to address them, and provide the necessary recommendations to improve and develop the work
- Crisis and emergency management at the facility and communicating with the concerned official authorities.
- Manage the movement of the audience in the facility, ensure that there is no slowness or obstruction of movement, and manage the content of the exhibits in coordination with audiovisual technicians.
- Comply with information security policies, protect data and information in accordance with the data confidentiality classification system adopted by the municipality, report any security violations or breaches within the channels determined by the Department, and participate in training programs related to information security.
- Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 9 years of work experience in well-known institutions in the fields of Public Relations, Business Administration, Management Sciences, General Administration, Marketing
- Preference is given to those with work experience
