Job Purpose:
The Senior System Administrator is responsible for maintaining and administrating the System, Azure, Office 365, Security, Backups, and IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Managing AD, DC, DHCP, Office365 and Azure Platforms
- Managing Users and Roles with access privileges with best practices and procedures
- User level Support on IT related Issues and identify needs to updates and upgrades
- Scoping and Implementing new Projects for Functional and operational improvements
- Identify Innovative advancements and help to align with company objectives
- Maintain Proper Backups and DR plan/BC Requirements, align with IT strategy plan
- Handle Users hiring and termination process with proper handing over and ensure backups
- Research and Implement best Cyber Security Profiles, and its comply with standards
- Maintain IT Assets Movements with proper records and transfer procedures
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Involve in continues IT Related learning and Training for employees.

- User Response/Resolve Time, Helpdesk tickets
- System Uptime, Availability
- Alert-to-ticket ratio
- Project Delivery time
- Vendor Management effectiveness
- Average Attacks and Blocks
Qualification:
- B.E/BSC – Computer Science and Engineering, Higher Degree or Relevant Certifications are Plus
- ITIL – Information Technology Infrastructure Library certifications
- MCSA, Cloud Certifications on Azure/AWS Certifications
- Min 6 Year in Related Domain by Managing Administrator Role and Experience in Managing Servers
- Good Communication skill with Good Knowledge in Project handling and end User Training skills
