Job Position: Delivery Manager - Digital Solutions
Job Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite)

Purpose:
Responsible for leading the delivery of digital initiatives (websites, mobile apps, loyalty platforms, self-service tools) and managing 24/7 support operations. Ensures projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and supported by strong technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver major digital projects (web, mobile, loyalty, self-service).
- Manage 24/7 support for APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure), Akamai (CDN), websites, and digital applications.
- Lead multiple Agile teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Use Adobe Experience Cloud tools to enable personalized, omnichannel customer experiences.
- Align business, IT, and vendor priorities to meet delivery goals.
- Oversee project lifecycle (scope, planning, resourcing, delivery, quality, release).
- Manage stakeholders, risks, and issues proactively.
- Drive innovation, accountability, and agility across delivery and support teams.
- Ensure vendor performance, budget control, and contract compliance.
- Mentor and grow delivery/support team capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years managing large-scale digital projects and support functions.
- Strong background in digital platforms (self-service, loyalty, APIs, mobile apps).
- Experience leading Agile teams (preferably SAFe-certified).
- Familiarity with 24/7 support operations and offshore/onshore team management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business.
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master) preferred.
- Airline systems experience (Amadeus Altea) and Adobe Experience Platform knowledge is a plus.
