Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Loyalty, located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive loyalty program growth. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and payment systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the technology or blockchain industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
