About 37C:

37C is building an institutional digital-asset financing & treasury platform. We provide USD/stablecoin lending against digital-asset collateral with assets held at qualified custodians. 37C is backed by a tier-1 global bank and a leading hedge fund manager.

  • Front office/risk: LLM-assisted underwriting and monitoring (RAG, scoring, alerts), client comms automation, model governance.
  • Org & Ops
  • Set up internal systems (Google Workspace/M365, Slack, Notion/Jira, code repos, runbooks).
  • Vendor selection & cost management; draft and enforce SDLC, change, and security policies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years building production systems in high-stakes environments (prime services, electronic trading, risk, custody, or institutional crypto).
  • Hands-on builder: expert in at least two of TypeScript/Node, Python, Go, Rust; comfort with Solidity (or Rust for Solana) and smart-contract interfaces; strong SQL/data modeling.
  • Blockchain depth: L1/L2 architectures, consensus, bridges/MEV risks; DeFi (AMMs, lending, staking/LSTs); on-chain risk, oracle design, token standards; custody models (MPC/HSM, multisig), whitelisting and policy controls.
  • Institutional finance fluency: margin lending, collateral management, repo/prime brokerage concepts; FIX/REST/WebSocket trading APIs; settlement & reconciliation.
  • Cloud & security: AWS/GCP/Azure, IaC (Terraform), containers; observability; identity/SSO (Okta/AAD); ISO 27001/SOC 2–style controls.
  • AI/ML: practical experience deploying LLM/RAG systems, evaluations, governance, and secure data pipelines.
  • Regulated context: worked with risk/compliance teams (FCA/ADGM/MAS/HKMA or equivalent), strong appreciation for KYC/AML, sanctions, data retention.
  • Leadership: hires and develops senior engineers; communicates crisply with founders, Board, investors; bias to action.
  • Mobility: willingness to relocate to UAE (Abu Dhabi) as we scal
