Client Introduction:

Highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies (Nexus, Catalyst, and ACI) and strong knowledge of core routing and switching protocols. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Azure Landing Zones and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to support our hybrid cloud and on-premises data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and ACI-based enterprise networks.
• Configure and manage VRF, BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, and related advanced routing protocols.
• Lead ACI fabric deployments, policy configuration, tenant segmentation, and integration with external networks.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and hardware replacements (supervisors, line cards, and critical components).
• Implement and manage Azure Landing Zones, ensuring secure and scalable hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform scripts.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to align networking with business and security requirements.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operations staff.

Required Skills & Experience

• Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches – advanced configuration, migration, and lifecycle management.
• Cisco ACI Fabric – strong experience with multi-tenant design, policies, contracts, and external connectivity.
• Routing & Switching – in-depth expertise in VRF, MP-BGP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Cloud Networking – experience with Azure Landing Zones and hybrid integration (ExpressRoute, VNets, etc.).
• Automation & IaC – hands-on experience with Terraform scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Experience with network monitoring and operational best practices.
