Position Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer at R Systems, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, including will focus on streamlining our CI/CD processes in a cloud-based environment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Python scripting.
• Manage and support containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Implement and manage mocking strategies for test environments.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other DevOps engineers to improve release cycles and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with CI/CD tools – especially GitLab and GitLab pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of mocking techniques and tools for application testing.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
