What’s CrowdRiff?

Good visuals are appealing to the eye, but great visuals tell stories that reignite your desire to discover, spark your creative imagination and even influence what we buy, eat, and do. That’s why CrowdRiff exists: to empower destination marketers to showcase their unique destinations through powerful visual storytelling solutions.

✨ CrowdRiff is built around the idea of pushing the boundaries of exploration; and our dedication to finding experiences that feel more authentic and undiscovered make us who we are. We like to think of ourselves as modern-day explorers, who believe in taking action now and thrive in an open, challenging, and encouraging environment.

Our team is a quirky and diverse crew that has one thing in common: our love for great visuals. Picture this. You will contribute to amplifying unique travel experiences like scuba diving in Tahiti 🌊, exploring Napa’s wine country🥂, bungee jumping in Queenstown 🤩and much more while having access to some of our amazing travel perks that allow you to immerse yourselves in local communities and culture.

At CrowdRiff, you have the freedom, autonomy, and resources to set the course of your own future along with an incredible crew. We understand that to feel empowered and to keep forging new paths professionally and personally, we need to pull out all the stops. That’s why we take a proactive approach and set not only professional but also personal goals for all CrowdRiffers. To make this possible, we offer opportunities related to training, tuition, conferences, workshops, or anything else that will help you achieve your goals under our ‘DevDollars’ program.

Every day, we work across departments, time zones, and even oceans to reach our goals and delight our customers - all while being remote. If you are looking to make travel an incredible experience today, and for future generations, and are passionate about visuals & tech, you’re just our type. 💯

Your Role: Senior Product Designer, Creators

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape CrowdRiff’s Creator Marketplace, the fastest-growing part of our business. Reporting directly to the GM of Creators, you will be the sole designer dedicated to this product. The platform connects local storytellers with leading travel brands, delivering authentic video content at scale. It’s a system of interconnected workflows that balances creative freedom with structure, simplifies complex logistics, and empowers creators to thrive.

This role spans strategy through execution. You will define design vision, ship intuitive workflows, and scale experiences that turn complexity into clarity. You’ll tackle challenges like making briefs actionable for creators, designing tools that help brands track progress, and balancing simplicity with flexibility across web and mobile. As we expand from destinations into OTAs, agencies, and global travel brands, you’ll help ensure our product remains elegant, trusted, and impactful.

If you can combine design taste with systems thinking, and you’re excited to create experiences that empower both creators and brands, we want to talk.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead design vision across web and mobile experiences for CrowdRiff Creators
  • Design workflows that scale: make it simple for creators to produce and for brands to manage shoots
  • Apply full-stack design skills: research, wireframes, visual design, copy, and design system contributions
  • Simplify complexity: translate operational and business needs into intuitive interfaces
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops to ship high-impact features quickly
  • Stay close to users: gather insights from creators and brands to guide design decisions
  • Communicate with clarity: explain design rationale and influence across teams and stakeholders
  • Apply strong design taste: create experiences that are functional, cohesive, and crafted with attention to detail

What you’ll need:
  • 6+ years designing interactive products, with proven experience in both web and mobile
  • A portfolio showing shipped, high-impact projects with measurable outcomes
  • Strong design taste with the ability to balance simplicity, detail, and elegance
  • Proven ability to lead design in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Clear, persuasive communication tailored to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong foundation in product design and information architecture
  • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear solutions
  • Ownership mentality with focus on outcomes and business value
  • Commitment to craft and continuous improvement
