Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes to lead a variety of application implementations and continuous business improvement projects. This role goes beyond traditional project management — it requires a professional who understands business processes deeply, can wear multiple hats (PM/BA), and can serve as the go-to resource for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on business process knowledge (manufacturing, supply chain, finance) with strong project management skills to drive successful implementations of ERP modules, warehouse management systems, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of application implementations, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure projects align with operational goals.
  • Serve as the bridge between business and IT teams, applying both project management discipline and business analysis mindset.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources using Monday.com for project and resource planning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and steering committee updates with clear, professional communication.
  • Support ERP-related initiatives, including supply chain, accounts payable, accounts receivable, warehouse management system implementations, and finance modules.
  • Document processes, requirements, and workflows to ensure alignment and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability to achieve deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to business users as new systems and processes are adopted.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments, with strong knowledge of related processes.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Warehouse Management Systems implementations.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com for project and resource planning. (ASSET)
  • Deeply understand business processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, order entry, customer service).
  • Be able to translate those processes into ERP/application projects.
  • Build project plans, lead teams, document properly, anticipate, and manage risks.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain context
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  • Excellent documentation skills (processes, requirements, workflows, SOPs).
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and shift between project management and business analysis responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to support project teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week in the Saint-Laurent office.
