A leading global investment firm is seeking a Software Engineer (Typescript) to join their Core Engineering team in Singapore. This role offers the chance to build innovative, high-impact technology solutions supporting trading, risk management, and investment operations across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to design impactful software solutions.
• Develop advanced applications, leveraging machine learning and AI to drive efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead peer code reviews, ensure high-quality deliverables through system and user testing, and create robust documentation.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies to keep systems at the forefront of financial innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ software development experience with strong skills in Typescript and frameworks such as Angular or React.js.
• Proficiency in Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL; familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TDD).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerisation tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field; strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
