Head of IT, Services Sector

We are currently leading a search for a Head of IT on behalf of our client, a market leader in the Services sector. This is a strategic senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the company’s IT function. The successful candidate will set the IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure technology enables long-term business growth. Reporting directly to the C-Suite, this individual will play a critical role in aligning technology with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire IT function, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute the IT roadmap covering infrastructure, applications, security, and digital innovation.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to the executive team on technology trends and opportunities.
• Drive IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance to industry standards.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven senior IT leadership experience, with strong background in IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
• Expertise in infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C-Suite executives and influence at board level.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
