Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop detection features using Embedded C++ on Linux with GitHub for version control.
  • Resolve issues through triage, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute in an Agile Sprint environment to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement validation plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with a global, cross-functional team across machine, systems, software, and validation domains.
  • Work effectively within a culturally diverse, international team environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
  • 5-7 years experience required.
  • Will accept master’s degree with 3-5 years experience.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of relevant engineering development work experience in embedded software development, systems design, or product validation.
  • G-streamer, detect Sensor, Robotics or autonomy
  • Combination of up to 4 years of embedded C/C++ and Linux experience.
  • Familiarity with C test and G test suites
  • Experience with system-level feature design and specification
  • Experience in the areas of robotics, remote control, or autonomy
  • Experience with datalinks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) and associated tools (CANape, Wireshark, etc.)
