Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop detection features using Embedded C++ on Linux with GitHub for version control.
- Resolve issues through triage, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute in an Agile Sprint environment to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement validation plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with a global, cross-functional team across machine, systems, software, and validation domains.
- Work effectively within a culturally diverse, international team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
- 5-7 years experience required.
- Will accept master’s degree with 3-5 years experience.
- 4+ years of relevant engineering development work experience in embedded software development, systems design, or product validation.
- G-streamer, detect Sensor, Robotics or autonomy
- Combination of up to 4 years of embedded C/C++ and Linux experience.
- Familiarity with C test and G test suites
- Experience with system-level feature design and specification
- Experience in the areas of robotics, remote control, or autonomy
- Experience with datalinks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) and associated tools (CANape, Wireshark, etc.)
