Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and release of our Android applications
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate concepts into high-quality, user-friendly features
- Establish best practices for coding, testing, and performance optimization
- Mentor junior developers and help shape the long-term mobile strategy
- Work in-office with our engineering and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and rapid iteration
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping native Android applications in Java or Kotlin
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, architecture patterns, and app performance optimization
- Proven success delivering consumer-facing apps at scale
- Understanding of or experience developing for the Latin American market
- Background in financial technology
- Strong sense of product design and user experience
- Broader full-stack engineering skills and ability to collaborate across multiple layers of the tech stack
