Senior Project Manager

Manage and deliver technology projects.

Requirements

In depth skills in delivering technology projects including IT Infrastructure, Applications and on cloud.
Develop, maintain, and update relevant project documents including project charter, risk register, timelines, budget and staffing.
Set and tracks project milestones; manage and mitigate unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations as needed.
Establish and implement the project communication plans, provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Consistently collect, analyses, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Assign duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
Oversee the day-to-day project activities and respond to stakeholder’s queries.
Conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handle and resolve project disciplinary issues as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Proven experience to execute the complex and multi-vendor IT solutions end-to-end.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Administrative and Technical Outsourcing
Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
Communicates routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.
Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
Resolves technical and operational issues as required.

General Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science or Equivalent
Certified PMP, ITIL, TOGAF (preferred).
Proven skills and experience in the similar role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to convey complex technical information concisely.
A high level of motivation in learning new technologies.
Hard worker, self-motivated and result-driven individual.
Willing to work in non-standard working hours.
Ability to work well in groups and independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
