Requirements
- In depth skills in delivering technology projects including IT Infrastructure, Applications and on cloud.
- Develop, maintain, and update relevant project documents including project charter, risk register, timelines, budget and staffing.
- Set and tracks project milestones; manage and mitigate unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establish and implement the project communication plans, provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Consistently collect, analyses, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Assign duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day project activities and respond to stakeholder’s queries.
- Conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handle and resolve project disciplinary issues as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Proven experience to execute the complex and multi-vendor IT solutions end-to-end.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Administrative and Technical Outsourcing
- Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
- Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
- Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
- Communicates routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
- Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
- Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.
- Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
- Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
- Resolves technical and operational issues as required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelors / master’s degree in computer science or Equivalent
- Certified PMP, ITIL, TOGAF (preferred).
- Proven skills and experience in the similar role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey complex technical information concisely.
- A high level of motivation in learning new technologies.
- Hard worker, self-motivated and result-driven individual.
- Willing to work in non-standard working hours.
- Ability to work well in groups and independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
