About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects in Finland and abroad. The role requires readiness to travel (approximately 100-150 days per year), and the work begins with orientation in Finland before international projects. You will be supported by an encouraging team of over 40 professionals working in installation, commissioning, project management, and design. The office is located in Vantaa, and the company has a flexible hybrid work policy (1-2 remote days per week).

Work tasks

• Providing solutions to customers by participating in the bidding process and designing lighting solutions for clients. You will also be involved in making Greenled's bidding process more efficient and customer-centric.
• Leading projects from start to finish, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that the goals set for the customer are achieved as agreed.
• Acting as a link for the production, installation, procurement, and commissioning of lighting fixtures. You will ensure that the right products are produced at the right time for the project.
• Leading the project team, including administrative tasks.
• Maintaining and nurturing partnerships. You will ensure that billing in projects works seamlessly and cash flow remains positive, partner invoices are approved on time, and all activities leave a positive mark.
• Maintaining budget and cost tracking monthly to understand project risks and forecast finances.
  
  

We are looking for

• Education in the electrical field
• Previous experience in leading projects involving multiple partners. You have a networked way of working and enjoy forming new partnerships. Previous experience in an international environment is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluent English skills. Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.
