Now, we’re looking for a TikTok Account Manager to drive our presence on TikTok with fresh, engaging, and authentic content that builds awareness and grows our community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy with a focus on brand awareness in Canada.
Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content directly on smartphone (iOS/Android).
- Engage with the community: comments, replies, interactions.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for micro- and nano-influencer collaborations.
- Sync TikTok content with campaigns on Amazon and Instagram together with the marketing team.
What You Bring
- Confident smartphone shooting skills (iOS/Android).
- Strong knowledge of CapCut (required): editing, auto-subtitles, masks, chroma key, tracking, speed-ramping, time remapping, keyframes, templates, and correct export settings (H.264 + AAC, no watermarks).
- Basic experience with TikTok Ads Manager: Spark Ads launch, whitelisting, testing hypotheses, basic media planning.
- Skills in organizing content workflow in Notion/Airtable/Sheets (content calendar, idea backlog, statuses, production checklists).
- Russian — native.
- English — Intermediate (B1).
