We are looking for a Resource Specialist to join our team.
This role sits at the center of a highly dynamic and demanding environment. The Resource Specialist will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, Delivery Leadership, HR, and the Staffing Partnership Unit to ensure the right people with the right skills are assigned to the right projects.
The successful candidate will build strong rapport with employees, leverage data and resourcing tools, and generate data on employee statistics, skills, availability, and utilization. The role requires ongoing collaboration and coordination with stakeholders to drive optimal staffing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s internal talent pool and make staffing and acceptance decisions
- Oversee bench management by assigning employees to projects, covering full-cycle internal staffing and making dismissal decisions when necessary
- Identify and allocate the right expertise for engagement and delivery requests to ensure successful outcomes
- Guide employees toward open vacancies and collaborate closely with delivery units to proactively staff engagements
- Handle and support stakeholders’ pool-related requests
- Contribute to designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes for efficient allocation of candidates across projects and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or resource management from 2 years
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage time, priorities, and resources in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools
- Upper Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
