  • 3+ years in customer support
  • 1+ year in crypto/web3 is a must
  • English C1+
  • Experience in Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
  • Customer care orientation
  • High writing grammar and attention to detail


🔹 Responsibilities

  • Customer support via Intercom
  • Managing and auditing user accounts
  • Manual transactions
  • Reporting


Required languages

  • English C1 - Advanced
  • Ukrainian or Russian - Advanced
