What you will do:

Hands-on Development - Assist in building and maintaining modules of the AIOps platform under the guidance of senior engineers.

Data and Monitoring Support - Contribute to collecting, cleaning, and transforming monitoring data (logs, events, metrics) for analysis.

Automation Support - Help in developing scripts and small automation tasks that reduce repetitive operational workload.

Incident Response Participation - Support incident analysis by providing data insights and participating in root cause investigations.

Collaboration and Learning - Work closely with mid-level and senior engineers, actively participating in code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing.

Continuous Growth - Develop technical skills in observability tools, cloud environments, and ML/AI concepts relevant to AIOps.

The skills you bring:

2+ years of programming experience with Python, Golang or related programming languages.

Proficiency in shell (e.g. bash) scripting

Good understanding of virtualization (VMs, hypervisor, Software Defined Network)

Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins, Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Good understanding of REST APIs and common platform tools including Kafka, SQL, Prometheus, Redis, PostgresDB/MongoDB.

Good understanding of networking protocols, standards, and technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPSec, network Namespaces, routing and switching.

Experience working with Linux-based systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, shell scripting, and understanding of key OS concepts such as process management, networking, and file systems.
