We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to play a key role in shaping user experience and product design. This role involves close collaboration with champion clients, gathering insights, validating concepts, and driving product usability and innovation. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about translating user needs into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a product advisory group of champion clients to gather insights and feedback.
- Develop user personas and perspectives to guide design strategies.
- Identify core problem areas and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Collect feedback on prototypes and refine design solutions accordingly.
- Design high-quality interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform UI/UX decisions.
- Identify adoption, usability, and experience gaps in solutions, providing creative solutions.
- Prepare questionnaires, discussion scripts, and lead client engagement sessions.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure RP, Justinmind, Balsamiq).
- Experience with usability testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar).
- Familiarity with UI automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress).
- Experience using collaboration tools (Miro) and project management platforms (Jira, Notion).
- 4+ years of experience with design tools, particularly Figma.
- Ability to translate detailed requirements into strong visual concepts with minimal guidance.
- Self-driven, with a passion for going beyond "requirements" to deliver excellent design.
- Receptive to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense, with awareness of current design trends and best practices.
