Key Responsibilities AI & Business Program Management Drive and enable AI-based automation initiatives by identifying, proposing, and implementing automation opportunities. Maintain and enhance automation projects, incorporating user feedback and evolving business needs. Develop learning content and frameworks for the AI Enablement Program (Phase 2); track rollout progress and adoption. Deliver training sessions on Power Automate and related tools. Business Operations Lead creation and distribution of the quarterly newsletter. Manage and enhance the Knowledge Management portal (Wiki, onboarding content, overall usability). Oversee Funnel System management and continuous improvements. Provide support for business surveys, quizzes, and documentation. Project Management Drive transformation programs with strong governance and backlog management practices. Create and maintain dashboards for project progress tracking. Support cross-functional business projects as required. Marketing & Communications Conduct benchmarking and research of marketing engagements aligned with industry trends; recommend focus areas. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create GTM content and field collaterals. Develop pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and product overviews tailored to different geographies. Contribute to storytelling for global initiatives (e.g., sustainability, innovation) via case studies, social media, and website. Support Marketing Calendar management and coordinate with product, sales, and commercial teams. Run feedback loops with sales teams to improve collateral usage and relevance. Research & Strategic Sales Insights Support product and sales teams in competitive intelligence and market research to guide product strategy and GTM. Drive benchmarking exercises on market trends, new offerings, and innovations. Analyze funnel metrics in context of market trends to recommend course corrections based on insights.
