About the Role: Deliver outstanding work across a variety of digital design projects, with a focus on UX/UI and product design, while also contributing to branding, visual design, pitch decks, animation storyboards, and more.



Responsibilities:



  • Take ownership of complex, time-bound projects – managing clients, schedules, and deliverables to consistently high standards.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to create impactful digital products and websites that combine creativity with commercial effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprints, and presentations that bring clients into the process and clearly communicate ideas and solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and team processes.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and process.


Required Skills:



  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. (Bonus: After Effects, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.)
  • Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and user-centred design principles.
  • Confident communicator who can present ideas persuasively to both clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and working collaboratively across disciplines.
