Join us on our dedicated graduate scheme, and you’ll gain in-depth experience of our Cybersecurity operations, while developing your expertise, studying towards internationally recognised qualifications, and laying the groundwork for a future leadership career with us.

What To Expect

Our scheme consists of three rotations over the course of two years, including:

  • Information Security
  • Security Operations
  • Security Architecture & Engineering
  • Oversight & Assurance
  • Cybersecurity Strategy

During the programme, you will build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different domains and markets and try different roles for accelerated growth. You could work as a Junior SOC Analyst, or act as a Business Information Security consultant, facilitating cross-market security initiatives end to end. You could be investigating new technology concepts and articulating their relevance and impact to senior stakeholders. The roles will be varied, some strategic, others more operational, giving you a flavour of different career paths. You may also have the option for an international rotation within our Operating Companies and Ventures.
