Project Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a Head of Strategic Projects to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the UKI Chief of Staff in delivering high-impact strategic initiatives across the business. The work spans large-scale transformation programmes and fast-paced, cross-functional projects, often stepping in to manage areas that fall between silos.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic programmes across commercial strategy, organisational design, and operational improvement.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
• Support transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance projects.
• Develop strategic content and communications for senior stakeholders.

Profile:

• 4+ years at a top-tier consultancy, plus 4+ years in strategic or operational roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in organisational design and transformation is a strong advantage.

Role Details:

• Location: Hybrid – weekly office attendance required
• Duration: 12 months
• Start date: Monday 3rd November
• Day rate: Competitive, depending on experience
