We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives within our Business Transformation Office. This is a non-IT role, though you’ll collaborate closely with technology teams as one of many partners. Your focus will be on operational change, business readiness, and cross-functional execution—ensuring seamless delivery across compliance, legal, product, and frontline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to operational deployment.
- Manage multiple workstreams across business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Drive operational readiness, minimizing disruption and ensuring frontline teams are prepared for change.
- Collaborate with IT leads, legal, compliance, and product teams to deliver device-based solutions.
- Own and maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
- Escalate issues effectively and implement corrective actions to maintain time, cost, and quality targets.
- Ensure business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training plans, and deployment support.
- Balance strategic objectives with tactical execution, adapting delivery approaches as needed.
