Android Software Engineer – Biel, Switzerland.

Our client, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Senior Android Software Engineer to join their growing development team. To strengthen their engineering capabilities, they are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Android development.

Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Android – strong expertise in building modern, reliable Android applications

Architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and Android lifecycle management

Nice to Have:

• Android IPC, A/V processing, WebRTC, AOSP
• Kotlin Multiplatform, SwiftUI familiarity
• Background in medical devices, digital health, or regulated industries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Android
• Track record as a Software Engineer delivering complex mobile applications in production
• Swiss or EU passport (or valid Swiss work authorization)
