We’re looking for a conceptual Art Director / Designer with integrated campaign work, beautifully considered craft, and a folio that proves you’ve built big brand ideas — not just polished layouts.


This is an in-house role with a purpose-led, much-loved Certified B Corp — one of those rare brands that values creative thinking and lives by it. You’ll be joining a collaborative, values-led team shaping campaigns, content and product storytelling from the inside.


But make no mistake — this isn’t a step-back role. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and creatively ambitious. It needs someone who still loves doing the work, not just overseeing it. An AD who loves their concepting, but equally obsessed with the craft of design.


You must have a sense of humour and keen to move into the client space.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and design smart, beautiful, integrated campaigns — from concept to rollout
  • Build and evolve a brand world that’s already distinct, playful, and adored
  • Mentor other designers and be a generous creative partner
  • Work across brand, marketing, product and digital — always looking for better, braver, simpler solutions
  • Contribute ideas that stretch beyond the ask, and collaborate deeply with the team as a whole


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience working in a creative or advertising agency is essential
  • A portfolio that shows clear integrated campaign experience — not just static design or comms rollouts
  • A conceptual thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling
  • A sharp eye for detail, systems thinking, and brand consistency
  • Someone who’s confident leading work but humble enough to listen. No arrogance.
  • Positive energy, clarity in feedback, and a genuine care for the craft
  • Super organised, a self starter and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Generate and champion innovative campaign concepts
