We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy. Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Write compelling copy, hooks, and captions optimized for audience engagement.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use data to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Excellent copywriting ability with a focus on creative hooks and captions.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and platform-native content.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
