Network Support Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Linz for a Network Support Specialist. The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering network infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring network security. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, implementing network upgrades, and maintaining security protocols. Collaboration with IT teams and departments is essential to ensure efficient network operations.

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Networking
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Network Security practices and protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA or equivalent are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
