Position Summary
We are looking for a Production Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating, adapting, and preparing visual assets for both print and digital production. This role bridges creativity with technical precision, ensuring that all materials from exhibition graphics to marketing collateral, are designed to brand standards and delivered in production-ready formats. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of production processes, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Roles and responsibilities also include:
- Design and adapt visuals for a variety of formats including signage, wayfinding, wall graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready and digital production files while ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, content, and production) to align visuals with project goals.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and production partners to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, platforms, and experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute creative solutions during brainstorming sessions and support pitch presentations with visuals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in events, exhibitions, experiential, or entertainment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and design systems
- Experience with both digital and print production processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bonus: Experience designing for immersive environments or large-scale formats
- Passion for art, culture, and immersive experiences
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
