Master degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Minimum 5 years of specific expertise with Figma and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
Minimum 8 years of specific expertise with Accessibility standards;
10 years of specific expertise with User-centered design;
Experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, Digital communicator or equivalent;

A portfolio that shows the ability to work across various industries;
Experience with Design tools such as Figma, Invision;
Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping, wireframing, interaction flows and information architecture;
Experience with usability audits and usability testing;
Experience with accessibility tools such as NVDA, WAVE is an asset;
Experience with WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2;
Experience with web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics);
Knowledge of Drupal (10x, 11x) and PHP is an asset;
Experience with modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue) is an asset;
Knowledge of GIT and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket);
Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD tool;
Knowledge of agile development principles;
Capability to write clear and structured documents;
Following certificates & standards are required : User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, UX Research methodologies (User interviews, Persona, Journey mapping, Usability tests), Participatory Design practices (Design Sprints, UX Workshops), UX Prototyping Standards (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), Usability and Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1, WCAG 2.2);
Knowledge of the following tools: MS Teams, Signal;
Excellent command of the English language; Knowledge of French will be an asset.
