Loyens & Loeff is looking for a dynamic (Junior) HR Assistant to strengthen its HR team.
You will join and complete a 4-member HR team excited to welcome you!
Your Tasks
As an HR Assistant you play a crucial role in assisting the HR team by handling administrative and support tasks, such as:
- maintaining and updating records and files;
- compiling listings;
- processing paperwork and contract drafting;
- assisting with hiring and on- & offboarding processes;
- assisting with benefits administration;
- managing scheduling and logistics for HR-related travels, events and meetings;
- conducting basic research related to HR policies and procedures;
- respond to daily HR-related questions and concerns with care, and ensure more complex matters are escalated appropriately;
- follow-up with the intention to pursue a coherent and correct legally fitting HR; ...
- You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French, a very good knowledge of English and at least a good passive knowledge of the 2nd language (Dutch/French);
- You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree (office management, management assistant,…);
- You are collaborative and solution-oriented;
- Work experience in a service environment is considered a plus;
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secrets for you.
- Experience with HR databases and other HR-related software is a plus;
- You work independently and proactively, taking ownership and initiating action, but must also be able to work as part of a team;
- You are very well-structured, have excellent organizational skills and can set priorities;
- You work in an accurate manner with an eye for detail;
- You are discrete, reliable and flexible; maintain confidentiality and work ethically;
- A full or part-time contract of indefinite duration;
